Founder and Director, Kirsty Northover, has a background in design, human Psychology and property development and gets very excited about designing homes that enhance both people’s quality of life and the surrounding area.

From bringing a derelict building back to life to designing a site from scratch, each project has its own challenges and joys, but always involves the best hand-picked team for the project to ensure quality at every step.

When brokering land deals, her priority is to ensure that the deal is right for everyone, as showing her son that commercial success doesn’t mean that we need to leave our ethics behind is a priority. Doing the right thing, for the right reasons and getting the best possible result is fundamental to her business decisions which aligns with her goal to leave a legacy of beautiful homes that have enhanced an area instead of detracted from it.
